Humanitarian organization booths will be on the North Promenade on the main level, Speakers’ Sessions will be held in the Alice MacKay room downstairs.
The Faces of Humanity Fair is a public exhibition to showcase some of Canada’s largest humanitarian organizations, highlight the international work they do, and most importantly, their people. The event is aimed at celebrating these “Faces of Humanity,” educating the public of international development work abroad and raising awareness of certain global crises and emergencies.
No registration necessary, this is a free event.

Please join us to learn about the humanitarian assistance Canadians are providing during some of the largest disasters, emergencies and conflicts all over the world.
The Faces of Humanity Exhibit will feature aid workers that have been a part of responses including, Ecuador for the earthquake last year, Haiti for Hurricane Matthew, West Africa for the Ebola outbreak, Zimbabwe for the drought and food security crisis, and Nepal after the 2015 earthquakes.
At the exhibit you will have the opportunity to interact with some of these aid workers and ask them questions about their experiences. There will also be displays and video presentations that will give you a greater understanding for the work being done in these challenging contexts.
